About
Nerdmation is not a staffing agency. We are not an IT outsourcing company. And we are not a freelancer marketplace.
We are a professionally managed network of selected automation experts: engineers, programmers, and technical specialists chosen on the basis of skill, experience, and motivation. We act as the bridge between industrial clients who need real engineering capacity and the independent professionals who can deliver it.
The company was founded by Zoltan Csirke, who has spent over two decades building an international network across the automation and controls engineering industry. That network, cultivated through direct project work across Europe and the US, is the foundation of everything Nerdmation does today.
What Makes Us Different
We select for more than technical skill.
Anyone can read a CV and match keywords. We go further. Every expert in our network is evaluated not just for their technical capability, but for how they work, including their independence, their problem-solving instinct, their ability to integrate into a client’s team and culture. We use elite performance assessments to understand how each person performs under pressure, how they communicate, and what motivates them. That is how we consistently deliver experts who contribute from day one.
We manage the full engagement, not just the introduction.
Once an expert is placed, we do not disappear. Nerdmation provides ongoing project coordination, communication management, and administrative support throughout the engagement. Worksheets, schedules, reporting, invoicing, subcontractor management: we handle all of it so our clients and experts can stay focused on the work.
We are built for complex, high-stakes industrial environments.
Our clients are multinational automotive manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, and machinery companies running production lines where delays cost millions. We understand these environments because we have worked in them for over 20 years. That is why our experts are selected to thrive under pressure, not just to fill a seat.
